Distance Support Classroom - Full Day/9weeks

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have opened up more classrooms and instructors to provide virtual instruction and hybrid classes. This Distance Learning Support Classroom is for students attending traditional school who need a supervised learning environment while schools buildings are closed. Our Distance Learning Support Classroom is for K-12 students and classes will be divided by grade range. This supervised learning environment allows them to participate in their virtual classrooms and receive individualized assistance from our degreed instructors and facilitators. Once school work is completed, students have access to additional fun learning objects, manipulatives, microscopes and science equipment, etc. Classrooms are open from 9:00am-4:00pm and have a 12:1 ratio between students and instructor.

This registration is for 9 weeks from 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. Tuition of $195 will be charged weekly.

Single full-day($50) and half-day($24) registrations are also available. Please contact us to check availability.

Intro to Robotics

This beginning level robotics course is intended for students in 3rd-5th grade. This is our non-competition, casual robotics class. Students will learn about robotics in ninety minute weekly classes using LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 Core Set. This STEM program engages students by providing the resources to design, build, and program their creations while helping them develop essential skills such as creativity, critical-thinking, collaboration, and communication.

In this 15 week course, homeschool students in grades 3-5 are introduced to the basics of architecture. Fun resources such as LEGO and Minecraft are used to learn how to bring more life to architectural creations by considering space, flow, rhythm, scale, and more!

Space Adventurers

In this course, students in grades 3-5 will enjoy 15 weeks of exploration through space. They'll learn fun facts and participate in hands-on activities each day. Students will learn about the moon and sun, our solar system, basic physical science concepts, space travel, and more!

Computer Foundations

This course for 3-5 graders meets hourly for 15 weeks. This course serves as an introduction to both computer science and digital literacy skills necessary for young coders. Students will practice and build computer skills such as typing fluency, evaluating online sources, practicing internet safety, and using common computer softwares. Students will also build computer science skills through interactive games and activities and will learn the basics of coding.

In this course for 3-5 graders, students will meet weekly to develop critical thinking skills through logic puzzles and math games. These skills will help students think flexibly and creatively while finding solutions to problems. The games and activities will promote deductive reasoning, logic skills, mental organization, and visuospatial thinking.

The Art and Science of Harry Potter- Club

Calling all aspiring Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws, Slytherins, and Gryffindors ages grades 3rd - 5th! If you’ve been waiting for your Hogwarts letter, you’re in luck! In this 12 week club, students will explore the science and art of the wonderful world of Harry Potter. Students, you will be sorted by the sorting hat, experiment with the chemistry of potions, design your own wand, and more!
