Distance Support Classroom - Full Day/9weeks

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have opened up more classrooms and instructors to provide virtual instruction and hybrid classes. This Distance Learning Support Classroom is for students attending traditional school who need a supervised learning environment while schools buildings are closed. Our Distance Learning Support Classroom is for K-12 students and classes will be divided by grade range. This supervised learning environment allows them to participate in their virtual classrooms and receive individualized assistance from our degreed instructors and facilitators. Once school work is completed, students have access to additional fun learning objects, manipulatives, microscopes and science equipment, etc. Classrooms are open from 9:00am-4:00pm and have a 12:1 ratio between students and instructor.

This registration is for 9 weeks from 9:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. Tuition of $195 will be charged weekly.

Single full-day($50) and half-day($24) registrations are also available. Please contact us to check availability.

WeDo Robotics

This robotics course is intended for students in grades K-2. This is our non-competition, casual robotics class for young learners. Students will learn about robotics one hour weekly using LEGO WeDo Robotics in hands-on solutions that will ignite students curiosity, while enhancing their skills in science, engineering, technology, and coding.

WeDo Space Cadets

In this 15 week course, young space cadets in grades K-2 will use the LEGO WeDo system to build and program robots. A departure from our regular WeDo classes, special builds will be themed to help students learn about space, and students will make out-of-this-world creations such as spaceships, rovers, and aliens!

Tinker Lab - Motions

Students in grades K-2 will learn about motion and basic physical science concepts in this brand new course in our popular Tinker Lab series. We will explore the physics of motion through a variety of different hands‐on activities like experiments with boomerangs, dominos, paper airplanes and more.

STEAM with Magic Treehouse

Using the Magic Tree House series, children in grades K-2 will explore science as seen through the eyes of Jack and Annie as they travel through the books that they find.  In this 15 week course they will learn the answers to questions like: What causes seasons? Why are snowflakes white? How is the soil different where it never gets warm? What causes floods, and how can they both help and harm the land? How do inventors use engineering to solve problems, and what makes a structure strong enough to create the Eiffel Tower? Use math to solve puzzles and uncover clues, and travel through books and time with Jack and Annie!

In this fun, multi-age science club, Students in grades K-2 will explore a variety of different science topics. Each weekly one hour meetng allows students to explore a new science topic and is paired with a fun, hands-on activity.
